EPR Entry

Extended producer responsibility · Slovakia & Czech Republic

Your entry point to EPR and product compliance in Central Europe

EPR Entry is one coordinated platform for EPR and product compliance in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. We establish which producer obligations apply to your products, complete the registrations, act as your authorised representative where local presence is required, and keep records and reports filed on time.

EPR Entry is a commercial platform. Services are contracted and provided by the national provider company in each market — Green Blue, s.r.o. in Slovakia and Authorized Representative CZ, s.r.o. in the Czech Republic.

What we do

Compliance handled as an operational process

Most EPR failures are administrative, not legal. Somebody has to own the registration, the monthly records and the reporting deadline. That ownership is the service.

  • Confirm whether you are the obligated party in each market — and say so clearly when you are not.
  • Register you, or represent you, with the competent national register for each product stream.
  • Maintain the records the authority expects, in the structure and language it expects.
  • File periodic reports and manage renewals, corrections and audit requests.
  • Track EU-level changes — PPWR, the Battery Regulation, ESPR and digital passports — before they bite.

How an engagement runs

From assessment to ongoing reporting

Four steps, from assessment to ongoing reporting. No registration is filed before the scope is written down and agreed.

  1. 01

    EPR assessment

We map your products, volumes and route to market against the obligated-party definitions in each country.

  2. 02

    Scope and setup

You receive a written scope: which obligations apply, who holds them, and what we take over.

  3. 03

    Registration or representation

We register you with the relevant national register, or act as your authorised representative where local presence is required.

  4. 04

    Records and reporting

Periodic data collection, reporting to the authority, renewals and support during audits and inspections.

Knowledge Centre

Published openly, not gated

Definitions, explainers and regulatory updates are published openly — no client login. Start with the dictionary if the terminology is new. Our EU Compliance section covers PPWR, the EU Battery Regulation, ESPR and digital product passport requirements alongside national EPR topics.
