What this service is
EPR reporting is not a single filing route. Producers must maintain the data required for the relevant product stream and ensure that the applicable reporting obligations are fulfilled, but the reporting route depends on the country, product stream and compliance model.
Data quality is the practical difficulty: weights, materials and categories rarely sit in one system. We define a workable data structure with your team, validate what you supply and prepare the data or reports required by the applicable route.
EPR Entry is the common commercial platform; the service is delivered by the national provider responsible for the relevant market. The client remains responsible for providing accurate and complete product, sales and quantity data, and the service is operational compliance support that does not replace specialist legal advice where such advice is required.

Reporting routes differ per country and stream
For packaging and non-packaging products under collective fulfilment in Slovakia, producers provide their contractual producer responsibility organisation (PRO) with the required quantity, product and material-composition data. PRO reporting formats and deadlines may require more detailed or more frequent information than the statutory state report. For the 2026 reporting period, the statutory reporting framework remains governed by Decree No. 366/2015 Coll. Under collective fulfilment, the PRO consolidates the data of its represented producers and performs the applicable statutory reporting through the state reporting system / ISOH. Direct producer reporting applies in the specific cases provided by Slovak law. From 1 January 2027, Decree No. 89/2024 Coll., as amended, introduces the new electronic evidencing and reporting regime. Detailed material-composition data for packaging and non-packaging products are also relevant under Decree No. 371/2015 Coll.
In the Czech Republic, the reporting route depends on the product stream and whether collective or individual fulfilment applies. Under collective fulfilment, the producer or its authorised representative provides the required data to the relevant collective organisation, which performs the statutory reporting functions assigned to it. Under an individual route, the producer or authorised representative carries the corresponding evidence and direct reporting responsibilities.
Where an authorised representative is appointed, the operational reporting and payment workflow is established and approved for the mandate. Direct data submission or payment by the producer may be permitted as an operational arrangement where legally permissible and accepted by the relevant collective organisation, but this does not itself transfer statutory responsibility away from the authorised representative.
