What this service is
EPR Compliance is an ongoing management service for companies that retain their internal compliance function but need structured support to keep defined EPR obligations, registrations and compliance scopes current.
We maintain the agreed compliance framework, track relevant obligations and changes within that scope, and identify when registrations, declared product scopes or compliance arrangements need to be updated.
Execution of recurring reports, filings, payment workflows or authorised-representative operations is handled through the relevant specialist service or through Compliance Outsourcing where those activities are included in a broader mandate.
EPR Entry is the commercial coordination platform. Legal services are delivered by the national provider responsible for the relevant market.
This is an operational compliance service and does not replace specialist legal advice where formal legal interpretation is required.

Slovakia and the Czech Republic remain separate compliance frameworks
EPR Compliance can be coordinated across both markets, but the national registrations, fulfilment models, reporting routes and legal service relationships remain separate.
Services for Slovakia are delivered by Green Blue, s.r.o. Services for the Czech Republic are delivered by Authorized Representative CZ, s.r.o. EPR Entry is the common commercial coordination platform and is not the contracting legal entity.
The client remains responsible for providing complete and accurate product, packaging, sales and quantity data and for informing the provider of relevant changes.
