EPR is national law. Two neighbouring markets can define the obligated company differently, run separate registers and expect different reports. Each country hub sets out the rules for that market only.
Slovakia
EPR in Slovakia covers packaging, electrical equipment, batteries and a national non-packaging products stream, with registration, scheme participation and periodic reporting.
